What am I buying?
The Natural Medicine collection contains English-language educational downloads for adults. Each product page lists the exact files, page counts and any included audio or spreadsheet. A PDF-only product does not include recordings, a live class, personal coaching or a subscription. No physical item is shipped for a digital purchase.
How do downloads work?
After a successful payment, WooCommerce provides the download links for your order. Keep your order confirmation. If you use an Avonoria account for the order, you can also find available files under My account → Downloads.
Opening the ZIP package
Save the ZIP to your device, then use your device’s Extract or Uncompress command. Open the enclosed README first. On a phone or tablet, use the Files app or another ZIP-compatible file manager. A computer may be more convenient for printing or using spreadsheets.
Reading and printing PDFs
Use a PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer. The materials use A4 pages and selectable text. Print the worksheets you need, rather than the entire guide. Choose “Fit to printable area” if your printer clips an edge. You can add notes with a compatible PDF annotation app; the worksheets are not interactive PDF forms.
Audio and spreadsheets
Breathing Practice Companion includes three five-minute MP3 recordings with synthetic English narration in a Scottish accent, plus full transcripts. Other products include audio only if the product page expressly says so. The HRV workbook includes an XLSX spreadsheet with fictional examples; use spreadsheet software that supports XLSX. It is a learning tool, not a medical measurement service.
Personal use and privacy
The files are for personal use. You may print additional worksheets for yourself. Do not redistribute, upload or resell the package. Keep completed journals and health notes private. You do not need to send personal health information to Avonoria to use the materials.
Clothing, mugs and gifts
The Merchandise links lead to the Avonoria Official Shop on Spreadshop. Product options, payment, delivery and returns for those purchases are handled through that separate shop. A Spreadshop basket and an Avonoria digital-download basket are separate; their orders and delivery arrangements are not combined. Read the seller and delivery information shown there before ordering.
